Overview

Compare a calculation with a reference

In Payroll calculation (/dashboard/hr/payroll-calculation), the comparison panel reads a previously saved calculation. Enter the reference amounts and their source to inspect each difference. Unknown values remain distinct from zero, and contributions owed remain distinct from amounts withheld.

When the historical calculation's currency is unknown, a sourced declaration enables only an exploratory comparison, labelled in the panel. It does not complete the historical calculation. The panel does not recalculate payroll or save the reference, and does not constitute approval, pilot-month acceptance or payment authorization. A context change clears the entry; retain the items to review through the existing acceptance process.

Automatic Calculations

The payroll engine automatically computes:

FAQ

Q: Are CNPS and IRPP rates updated automatically? Rates are configured in the payroll module settings. Any regulatory change must be applied manually by the administrator.

Q: Can the system handle employees in multiple countries? Yes. The module supports multiple tax regimes. Configure the employee's country of attachment in their profile to apply the correct scale.

Q: How do I correct an error after payslips have been generated? Open the relevant payslip, click Edit, make the correction, and re-generate the payslip. The modification history is retained.

Warning

Always verify attendance records and overtime before running payroll. An error at this stage affects all payslips.
