Each equipment record contains:
- Identification: Name, serial number, category
- Location: Assigned plot
- Status: Operational, under maintenance, out of service
- History: Past interventions
IoT Monitoring

Real-time surveillance of installed sensors:
- Machine temperature
- Motor vibrations
- Fuel consumption
- Running hours
Recorded facts and health scores

This view reads equipment, recorded maintenance and existing active predictions for your organization. You can filter by type, open an equipment record, refresh and export the displayed facts.
A maintenance count of zero means no recorded intervention, not necessarily that maintenance never happened. A missing date remains unknown. A read error or pending connection does not mean the fleet is empty.
Health scores, trends and confidence are not calculated in this view: their method and input data still need qualification. Recorded prediction confidence is producer-reported, not verified ML performance. Missing predictions do not establish the absence of risk.
The Optimizations tab provides no qualified plan or savings estimate. This page generates no prediction, changes no schedule and triggers no intervention.
Predictive Maintenance (ML)
Route: /dashboard/gmao/predictive-maintenance
The system analyses sensor data to predict failures:
- Health score: 0-100% per equipment
- Estimated failure date: Prediction based on trends
- Recommended actions: Suggested preventive interventions
Schedule preventive maintenance during the slow season (June-August) to avoid machine downtime during harvest campaigns.
