Planning & Time Management HR Administrator
The current workflow separates operational preparation from time tracking while connecting both in one continuum.
Weekly planning
Route: /agriculture/weekly-planning
For users authorised for the Agriculture module:
- select the week;
- plan operations in Cartography;
- assign employees in Staff;
- review sequencing in Gantt;
- inspect expected work in Maintenance.
The former /dashboard/planning route redirects to this page. It no longer contains a separate calendar or creation form. Use view and week to share the current context, for example /agriculture/weekly-planning?view=staff&week=2026-10-05.
Work tracking
Route: /dashboard/work
| Lens | Current use |
|---|---|
| Today | Daily work and today's attendance |
| Week | Recorded hours and HR validation |
| Season | Agricultural operations and available planning items |
The lens parameter restores today, week or season. Example: /dashboard/work?lens=week.
Work hours
| Action | Route | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Review | /dashboard/work?lens=week | Review hours available for the week |
| Add | /dashboard/work-activity/work-hours/add | Enter hours manually |
| Validate | /dashboard/work?lens=week → Validation | Approve or reject according to HR permissions |
Attendance
| Action | Route | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Review | /dashboard/work → Today | Review daily attendance |
| Record | /dashboard/work-activity/work-presence/create | Record attendance |
Check the date, employee and company before saving. Then reread the row in Work Tracking.
Connection to daily work
Planning states what was expected. Daily work states what was completed. Gantt and plan-versus-actual indicators connect these sources without merging them.
End the day by reviewing work, attendance and hours together before HR or payroll processing.
